Strength training

A lifting log that talks to your recovery.

Sets, reps and kilos in a fast log. Progression per lift. And a load number that feeds your strain and recovery, so a heavy leg day changes tomorrow's plan.

Sixteen workout log with a superset of barbell row and lat pulldown, sets, kg and reps, progression and add set buttons

Lift. Log. Recover. Repeat.

Every set is logged in three taps and counted as load, not lost to a heart rate chart.

Fast set logging

Weight and reps per set, timed sets for holds, a rest timer, and the last session pre filled so you only change what changed.

Progression per exercise

Best set, volume and estimated one rep max over time for every movement you track.

AI plan

Ask for a session that fits today's recovery and the equipment you have. Edit anything before you start.

Counts toward strain

Session RPE and volume become muscular load, so strength days raise strain and shape tomorrow's recovery honestly.

Then it changes the day

Measured is not the same as changed.

Finish a session and it pays out. Sixteen credits screen time for completed sets and detected reps, so the gym is where your evening scroll gets earned.

How earning screen time works

Questions people ask

Can Sixteen count reps automatically?
For some bodyweight movements Sixteen uses the phone's motion sensors to detect reps. Barbell and machine work is logged by hand. Wearables do not expose raw motion data, so no app can count reps from a WHOOP or Oura.
Does strength training affect my recovery score?
Yes. Logged sessions add load, and high load sets a ceiling on the next morning's recovery, alongside sleep and your overnight vitals.
Can I import workouts from Apple Watch?
Strength workouts recorded on Apple Watch appear in Sixteen with their duration and heart rate. Sets and reps are logged in Sixteen.
