Pricing questions

What does lifetime mean?
You pay once and keep the app and every update for as long as Sixteen exists. It is tied to your Apple ID, so a new phone keeps it.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead there is a 14 day money back guarantee. If Sixteen is not for you, ask within 14 days of the charge and you get all of your money back.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of the charge, on any plan. Purchases made on our website are refunded by us. Purchases made in the app are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The full steps are in our refund policy.
Do I also need a WHOOP or Oura membership?
No. Apple Watch works through Apple Health at no cost. WHOOP straps are read directly over Bluetooth with no WHOOP plan. Oura and Garmin data arrives through their free Apple Health sync.
Can I switch from monthly to lifetime?
Yes. Buy lifetime at any time and the monthly plan stops renewing at the end of its period.
What is not included?
Hardware. Sixteen does not sell a watch, strap or ring and never will. You bring the sensor.
Family Sharing?
Sixteen supports Apple Family Sharing for the lifetime purchase, so up to five family members can use it.
